PLAY Soccer

Introduction

​Play Soccer aims to support children in honing their soccer abilities through a variety of fun year-round camps and one-on-one training sessions. Additionally, we provide opportunities for young coaches to enhance their communication skills and explore innovative training methods.

Yasmine El-Refai, the Founder of Play Soccer, She's a player on the Mustang 2010 ECNL team and a part of the ODP Interregional West Region team. Yasmine also makes guest appearances in the UPSL Semi-Pro League as part of Racing Sacramento FC. Her aspirations reach high, aiming to don the jersey of the Senior US Women's National Team and pursue her passion for soccer at the collegiate level. In 2022, Yasmine kick-started this program by hosting a soccer camp with a few of her teammates during the summer.

Kaylie Mar, aka “Coach K” plays on the Livermore Fusion 2010 DPL/NPL team. She is also a distance runner for Mt Diablo Heat and has competed at the Junior Olympics for Track and Cross-Country. When she is not playing soccer, Kaylie can be found refereeing local games or running 5k/10k/half-marathon races. Coaching and training young athletes combines Kaylie’s love for sports while lifting up and helping others.
